Architecture is a dynamic and multifaceted discipline that blends creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of human needs. As society evolves, architects play a crucial role in shaping built environments that are functional, sustainable, and inspiring.

With this vision in mind, I began my practice after graduating in 1986. From the very start, my goal has been to approach architecture with a holistic perspective, integrating thoughtful design with practical execution.

The term “multifaceted” best describes my architectural journey, as my work has evolved to meet the changing demands of society. What started with designing small houses, bungalows, and modest apartment buildings has grown over the years to include large bungalows, high-rise residential complexes, schools, educational institutions, medium- to large-scale factories, commercial buildings, resorts, interiors, and landscape design.

A Strong Architectural Team – A Family Legacy

Architecture is not just my profession; it has become a family legacy. My elder daughter, Mugdha Kale (B.Arch., 2014), younger daughter, Mrudula Kale (M.E. Structures, 2019), and son-in-law, Dhaval Shinde (M.E. Structures, 2019), are integral members of our team. Their expertise enhances our ability to deliver  secure and efficient services while strengthening our competitive edge in the industry.

Passion for Architectural Education

In addition to my professional practice, I have always been deeply passionate about teaching architecture. My teaching journey began in 1986 when I joined the esteemed Academy of Architecture, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, as a visiting lecturer.

My teaching philosophy revolves around the motto:
“Learning to Teach and Teaching to Learn.”
For nearly four decades, I have had the privilege of mentoring students, guiding them through industry visits, and providing hands-on learning experiences at our Palghar site.

Upholding ethical standards is fundamental to our work. With liaisoning becoming an inseparable part of architectural practice, adherence to ethical guidelines has always been a top priority. Our process includes:

  • Zoning & Compliance Checks – Understanding RP, DP, Forest, CRZ, Environmental, and Special Zone requirements.
  • Feasibility Reports – Providing clients with accurate insights for project approvals.
